Wasabi is a pungent green root with flavors of horseradish and mustard. Due to the great difficulty in growing Wasabi it is not typically available in pure form. Our Wasabi blend powder is a hot mixture of horseradish, mustard, and wasabi powder that is colored green with spinach to keep it natural. Use it to accompany sashimi, sushi, cooked fish, and noodle dishes. When NW salmon is in season, try wasabi crusted salmon.
